Our 3-Hour Sports Camp is the perfect solution for school breaks when kids have energy to burn and parents have things to get done. Kids will spend their time playing games, running, and staying active in a safe, structured, and supervised environment. It’s all about movement, fun, and positive social interaction—no pressure, just play.

Lax Explorers Lacrosse Clinic is a fun, beginner-friendly program designed to introduce young athletes to explore the basics of lacrosse through games, movement activities, and simple skill-building.

After School Sports Camp
M-F 2/23/2026 - 4/6/2026
Grades 3rd - 5th at 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Grades 1st & 2nd at 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Our After School Sports program introduces young athletes to movement and sport through fun, game-based activities in a positive and supportive environment. Kids build agility, coordination, balance, and confidence through playful drills, team games, and beginner sport skills—including speed, agility, and lacrosse fundamentals—while staying active and engaged after school.

Gold Coast Training Center is a community-driven 4800sqft indoor training facility focused on helping people of all ages stay active, healthy, and confident through sport and movement. We offer all-sports camps, youth after-school programs, and adult fitness and wellness programming designed to support lifelong athletic development.
